CECOS University in collaboration with the Institute of Architects Pakistan Peshawar Chapter (IAP-PC) hosted the Architects Regional Council Asia (ARCASIA- IAP) Young Architects Collaborative Seminar at CECOS University Peshawar.The event was organized by the Chairman ACYA, ARCASIA Committee on Young Architects & Vice President ARCASIA Zone-A.

The theme of the event was “Reiterating Horizons” young practicing architects from various parts of the country made presentations and shared their professional experience and achievements with the audience. Presentationswere made by Prof. Dr. Ahmad Zeb Khan (Professor University of Leuven Brussels, Belgium), Mr. Eibne Sajjad, Ms. Mehreen Azmat, Mr. Sajjad Kureshi, Mr. Sauban Habeeb, Mr. Saifullah Siddiqui, Ms. Seemi Saeed and Ar. Tahir Khattak.

This Young Architects Collaborative is a series of talks that highlights the selected chronology of works of these young professionals showcasing their individual architectural convictions and practice approaches, without losing sight of the economic, and most importantly the environmental concerns at the forefront of our architectural agenda. These young professionals have chosen other art forms as careers and this dialogue was a discourse to learn from their ideas.

The event concluded with the closing remarks and vote of thanks by Ar. Adnan A. Khan (Chairman Department of Architecture CECOS University). Shields were awarded to the presenters by Ar. Jahangir Khan Sherpao. M/S Crete SOL and M/S Styrofoam sponsored the event and exhibited their products at the venue for the inspection of the participants.
