Mr. Khizar ILYAS
Director, CECOS INNOVATIONS
Visionary Executive, Transformational Software Engineer with more than 20 years of diversified experience. Mr. Ilyas, has a history of surpassing ambitious goals and creating revolutionary Technology Solutions.
An Information Technology professional & expert on Digital Transformation. He graduated from International Islamic University Islamabad with a Bachelor of Science Honor’s Degree in Computer Sciences in 1999. He then obtained a Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences from International Islamic University.
Having worked in Multiple Industries, with extensive experience in Systems Development and integrations in Cellular / Telecommunication, Branchless Banking & Utility services. Specialist in building Financial eco-system, including partnerships, projects delivery, and Businesses Establishment.
