Center of Digital Governance and Agentic Innovation

CMPO – CECOS CoLab

INTRODUCTION

The Center for Digital Governance and Agentic Innovation (CDGAI) at CECOS University, in collaboration with the Policy Office of the Chief Minister (CMPO), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, serves as a hub for research, policy advisory, and technology innovation. The center focuses on harnessing the power of AI, big data, and digital tools to reimagine governance, streamline citizen services, and enable responsive decision-making.

From developing custom Large Language Models for provincial needs to creating real-time dashboards, piloting AI chatbots, and establishing agentic frameworks for secure data governance, CDGAI bridges academia, government, and community stakeholders. The center also acts as a catalyst for capacity building through training programs, hackathons, and innovation challenges, empowering both government staff and the wider community to participate in shaping the digital future of governance.

Welcome to the Center for Digital Governance and Agentic Innovation.

In today’s rapidly evolving world, governance cannot rely on traditional models alone. Digital transformation—powered by Agentic AI and real-time data—is no longer optional; it is essential for responsive, transparent, and citizen-focused public services.

At CDGAI, we are committed to driving this transformation. Our collaborative work with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is enabling groundbreaking initiatives, from AI-driven policy tools to advanced data visualization systems. We aim not only to solve immediate governance challenges but also to lay the foundation for sustainable, inclusive, and future-ready governance.

Whether you are a policymaker, researcher, technologist, or citizen, we invite you to join us in shaping a smarter, more connected future.
