Introduction
The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at CECOS University is committed to fostering a culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement across the University. QEC works with academic and administrative departments to strengthen academic standards, institutional effectiveness, and alignment with HEC and relevant accreditation requirements.
Developing a viable and sustainable mechanism of Quality Assurance in Higher Education in Pakistan to meet the rising challenges of transforming the country into knowledge based economy.
Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at CECOS is committed to continuously enhance the quality of education for all faculties and departments according to the requirements and satisfaction of its students and their prospective employers.
To improve educational quality through cycles of continuous improvement so that it becomes the culture of an institute.

The competent authority is pleased to re-constitute ‘Institutional Quality Circle (IQC)’ as part of institutionalisation of quality in the learning as the institutional governance and quality framework encompasses the Institutional Quality Circle (IQC). The IQC will be a key tool for the Institutional Quality Assessment and Effectiveness (IQAE) or Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) in establishing a quality culture within an institution.
