CECOS University Holds 2025 Convocation to Celebrate Academic Excellence
CECOS University proudly organized its Convocation 2025, marking a significant milestone in the academic journeys of its graduating students. The prestigious ceremony celebrated academic excellence, leadership, and the successful completion of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
The convocation commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by a formal academic procession and a series of ceremonial proceedings, in line with the university’s long-standing traditions. A total of 400 students were conferred degrees across more than 40 undergraduate and postgraduate programs, reflecting the university’s expanding academic footprint.
Addressing the gathering, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mohsin Khan, Vice Chancellor CECOS University, congratulated the graduates and emphasized the transformative power of education. He encouraged students to utilize their knowledge and skills responsibly for the betterment of society and highlighted the university’s commitment to academic quality, research, and character building.
The ceremony was further honored by the presence of the Chief Guest, Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Faisal Karim Kundi, and Guest of Honor Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid (Sitara-e-Imtiaz). The event was also graced by Engr. Tanveer Javed President CECOS University, Engr. Sohaib Tanveer Vice President CECOS University, senior management, faculty members, parents, and distinguished guests.
During the convocation, 16 outstanding students were awarded Gold Medals in recognition of their exceptional academic performance, making the occasion a proud moment for students, parents, and faculty alike. Degrees were formally conferred upon the graduating students, symbolizing years of dedication, perseverance, and hard work.
In his remarks, Engr. Tanveer Javed, President CECOS University, congratulated the graduates on their achievements and expressed pride in their success. He encouraged them to uphold the values of integrity, professionalism, and innovation, and to contribute positively to society as responsible citizens.
The Chief Guest, Governor KP Mr. Faisal Karim Kundi, congratulated the graduates and appreciated the role of CECOS University in promoting quality higher education and human capital development in the region.
