We are thrilled to announce a significant accomplishment in the academia and hospital collaboration between Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) Peshawar and CECOS University. This occasion highlights the official visit of our esteemed guests from HMC-MTI Peshawar to the Department of Pharmacy at CECOS University.
The official visit was attended by renowned professionals, including Prof. Dr. Fazal Subhan, Dean of the Faculty of Life Sciences at CECOS University, and Dr. Jehan Zeb, Lead Clinical Pharmacist, HMC-MTI. Other distinguished representatives from CECOS University included Dr. Faiz Ullah Khan, Head of Pharmacy Practice Section, Department of Pharmacy, CECOS University along with faculty members; Dr. Farman Ullah Khan, Assistant Professor and Mr. M. Anwar, Lecturer and Ms. Sana Haider, Lecturer from the same department. Other representatives from HMC-MTI included Dr. Mian Mufareh Shah, Assistant Professor General Medicines, Dr. Waqar Ali, Clinical Pharmacist, Clinical Pharmacy Division HMC-MTI, Peshawar.
Moreover, Dr. Faiz Ullah Khan delivered a brief presentation about the Pharmacy Practice section and the Department of Pharmacy at CECOS University. This dynamic collaboration will pave the way for our pharmacy students to access top-notch training in Clinical Pharmacy Practice, clerkship opportunities, and clinical research. These experiences are purposefully tailored to equip pharmacy students with the essential skills and expertise needed to succeed as future professionals in the field of pharmacy.
