The Center for Digital Governance and Agentic Innovation (CDGAI) at CECOS University convened a high-level breakout session aimed at fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration and aligning institutional efforts in policy-relevant research and innovation.
The session brought together senior academic leadership, including Deans and Heads of Departments from across the university. The event was honored by the presence of Engr. Dr. Maryam Mahsal Khan, Director CDGAI, presented an overview of the Center’s objectives, strategic priorities, and upcoming initiatives. She highlighted CDGAI’s mission to integrate scientific and technological insights into practical, scalable strategies that support effective governance and community development.
The session served as a platform for academic leaders to propose collaborative initiatives, identify areas of mutual interest, and explore interdisciplinary research opportunities with the Center.
Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mohsin Khan, Vice Chancellor of CECOS University, lauded the efforts of the CDGAI and emphasized the importance of academia’s role in shaping future governance models. “We believe that academic institutions must not remain confined to theoretical pursuits. Centers like CDGAI are essential in bridging the gap between research, policy, and practice—ensuring that our scholarly efforts contribute meaningfully to societal development and public service innovation,” he stated.
This engagement reflects CECOS University’s commitment to driving thought leadership and actionable impact through digital innovation, public-private partnerships, and applied research.
